Domnick microBAN air sterilization filter cartridges are manufactured in a purpose built, ISO 9001, manufacturing facility. The ISO 9001 accreditation demonstrates dedication to continuous quality improvement and business excellence as well as our ability to consistently provide products that meet customer and regulatory requirements. Certificates of conformity are available and can be requested with each purchase order placed.

Prior to manufacture, all materials are inspected to ensure they meet or exceed strictly controlled specifications. Final assembly quality checks are implemented at every stage within the manufacturing process. When the filter cartridges are fully assembled they are all subjected to integrity testing. Strict attention to detail and quality control occurs throughout the manufacturing process. This is supported by our well documented “virtual zero” post manufacture failure rate.

A key focus for Domnick microBAN is to continuously develop new technologies in order to remain at the forefront of our core business; filtration. Every product that is manufactured is the result of extensive research and development by our experienced and highly dedicated technical team.
