Materials of Construction- MICROBAN® grades ‘SRL’ and ‘SRS’

End Caps and micro-fiber membrane support cylinders are manufactured from stainless steel.
The membrane is borosilicate glass micro-fiber.
The filter cartridge structure offers exceptional temperature resistance and chemical compatibility. Maximum continuous operating temperature is
200°C/392°F. Steam temperatures up to 142°C/288°F can be used during in-place pre-use sterilization.
Ethylene Propylene ‘O’ rings are fitted as standard. Silicone and VITON also available.
The compression location buffer on MER2, MER3, and MER4 size cartridges are Ethylene Propylene.
The top compression spring on cartridges MER8 thru 24 are stainless steel.
